Well what can I say . . . I love Loft and their sales. I just cant help myself. Their clothes fit great and pair up so well for work, dinner, or casual fun. All of these looks are perfect for a southern fall. Why do we want it to be cold down here? There are plenty of cute outfits like these to make us feel like fall but keep us cool. I am telling you it feels hotter now than it did in summer.
Now lets talk about my 21 day challenge. My good friend Shannon invited me to her challenge group. At first I thought, do I have time for this? But then I thought I will always make time for my health. There is never a good time for anything but you have to make the time. Taking things off your plate to make room for other, more important things is always the best. For the past few months I have been saying tomorrow, I will start next Monday, next week, next month. Well all the tomorrows have finally arrived. My coaches motto is “encouragement is bliss” and I want to be totally blissful the next 21 days.
