I am so excited to share with you my outfit/trend for #trending Tuesday. This past weekend I was lucky to head down to the beach for the 4th of July, oh just my favorite holiday. I had just about one of the best weekends ever being at home. I haven’t spent 4th of July at home in Pensacola, FL in about 3 years. Man was it nice to be in Paradise this weekend.
I have been saving this outfit for the 4th of July since I got it in the mail from one of my favorite brands. I couldn’t wait to wear this blue and white stripped tunic dress from Sail To Sable. This dress was the perfect outfit to celebrate our countries birthday in. It had all my favorite details going for it, STRIPES of course, detail around the neck, sleeveless for the hot summer days, and figure flattering. This stripe trend has been around my closet for a while now and doesn’t look like its going anywhere.
I also wanted to throw in the 4th of July as a trend this week because lets face it everyone loves this holiday and Instagram was going crazy with fun 4th of July pictures from everyones different ways they celebrate. Wether you were at the beach like me watching the sunset before the fireworks over the water or you were running in a 10k down Peachtree Road in Atlanta, or you were having a cookout in your backyard with neighbors the 4th of July beings people together on an active outdoor level that we miss in this country. So make sure you enjoy being outside this summer playing and having fun with your family, friends, and neighbors. Hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July.
