Thanksgiving is almost here!  Its not my favorite holiday but my mom and I do most of the cooking and its kinda become out thing.  We have almost a dance we do in the kitchen.  Over the years we have found or flow and we have the best time creating new and perfecting old recipes for out family to enjoy, will share out thanksgiving day menu with some recipes tomorrow.  Another reason we cook most of the dinner is because I hate cold food on holidays.  I love being able to have everything there nice and hot for when our guest arrive.
