One of my favorite episodes of Sex and the City was the one where Samantha wore the wig, trench, and sunglasses to catch Mr. Richard Wright in the act, act of cheating. I just loved her little alter ego that episode. When I styled this trench and Show Me Your MUMU top from Indigeaux Denim Bar and Boutique, I was definitely channeling my inner spy from the 70’s.
Now about the look. . . This coat feel like butter. Its a great staple to add to your wardrobe. It looks great with denim, stripes, prints, and dresses. It is the perfect weight for the south east and looks cool any time of year mixed with the right seasonal pieces. The top I chose gives that 70’s throw back being that its halter style and short to show off the high waisted flare jeans from Kut from the Kloth.
As we all prepare our outfits for thanksgiving, this is one that will be on top of my list. I think its perfect for a night out in San Francisco, that’s were I’m headed, or for those reunion nights back home and you need a killer look to catch second glances.
